Service Description
Welcome the return of the light with a gentle, family-friendly Winter Solstice Forest Experience. We’ll wander slowly through (hopefully!) snow-covered woods, listening to the hush of evergreens as we attune to the stillness of the season. Our walk leads to a rustic fire circle where we will partake in a Tea Ceremony to honor the changing season. We will share intentions, honor the Earth, and welcome the return of the light. This all-ages experience offers a peaceful, nature-centered way to honor the solstice through warmth, presence, and community. The walk is approximately 15-minutes into the forest. Location and details will be emailed to registered participants.

At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
