It's helpful to leave your name, the name of the person seeking therapy, date of birth, and insurance information. This expedites your request should we have an opening that accommodates your needs. You can also inquire about an Optimal Healing Wellness Consult with one of our providers to help you pave the way to finding results for your unique needs. This would be a short-term approach, 1-2 coaching consults, and a plan that utilizes our service(s) along with other community resources or referrals in order to address your needs.

With the addition of our new space in Spring 2023, we will be offering a variety of groups to support mindfulness, intuitive movement and breath work.
A Connected Approach
We will continue to offer groups to teens, adults, veterans and parents to support varying emotional needs, grief, processing trauma or enhance positive coping and regulation skills while staying connected to community and peers.
