Optimal Healing offers ongoing mental health therapy with licensed clinicians, group therapy and co-parenting support.The best way to get information to inquire about an appointment or schedule an intake appointment is to contact us today!

The questions in this form help us to expedite your request, rule out conflicts of interest and streamline your intake process. It is helpful to answer the questions correctly, including the name of the patient being referred, their date of birth, insurance coverage, a brief explanation of why this person is seeking therapy, and their place of work/school.

Insurance Type or Self Pay? Please note we cannot bill Masshalth standard, but we take most subsidary insurances ie) Wellsense, MBHP, or Beacon. Co-parenting Coaching and Reunification Treatment are not covered by insurance.
