Screen-Free Connection for ages 12-15
Service Description
Unplugged is a 6- week group, led by Shannon and Talia for youth ages 12-15 to connect, unwind, and enjoy meaningful time together during the summer months. Through conversation, games, creative activities, and shared experiences, participants will have the opportunity to build friendships, foster a sense of belonging, and take a break from screens in a supportive and welcoming environment. *To help build connection and consistency within the group, participants are asked to attend at least 4 of the 6 week sessions.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
