Join us for a transformational half-day journey to the top of Ragged Mountain, where nature becomes both guide and healer. This moderate hike is designed to move stagnant energy, release stuckness, and align with your next personal evolution through the potent synergy of Sylvotherapy (forest healing), elemental connection, breathwork, sound healing, and a refreshing cold plunge. Together, we’ll walk with intention allowing the forest to mirror back your inner strength and clarity. Practice Sylvotherapy — connecting physically and energetically with the forest to calm the nervous system and open to deeper awareness. Work with the Elements — grounding with Earth, cleansing with Water, attuning with Air, and activating with Fire. Use breathwork to clear mental fog and emotional residue, inviting expansion and vitality. Receive a sound healing journey with osteophonic tuning forks to harmonize your field and support integration. Take a cold plunge in pristine mountain waters, awakening the body’s resilience and inner fire. This hike is a sacred recalibration — perfect for those seeking a reset, a recommitment, or simply a chance to remember who they are in the mirror of the wild. Bring: Water, snacks, swimsuit/towel for plunge, and an open heart. Trailhead location will be emailed to registered participants. This is a 5.1 mile hike with a 1,210 ft Elevation gain, appropriate for ages 13-100.
