Welcome the turning of the seasons with a Spring Equinox Sound Bath and Tea Ceremony, a gentle experience designed to honor balance, renewal, and new beginnings. We will gather in sacred space to plant seeds of intention for the months ahead, allowing sound to recalibrate the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and restore inner harmony. Following the sound journey, a grounding tea ceremony will invite mindfulness, connection, and reflection as we hold space for the potential growth unfolding within and around us. Together, we will honor the cycles of the Earth, nurture our intentions, and step into the season of expansion with clarity and presence.

At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
