Service Description
Step into a restorative space designed for deep relaxation, gentle decompression, and reconnection. This monthly gathering weaves together breathwork, sound healing, and tea ceremony to support whole-body nourishment. We begin with intentional breathwork to release tension and create space within the body, allowing the nervous system to soften and settle. From this grounded place, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound bath where the vibrations and subtle frequencies invite the mind into stillness and the body into deep rest. The tea ceremony features seasonal medicinal plants, thoughtfully prepared to nourish and support the body systems. As you sip, you are invited to slow down, listen inward, and integrate everything with grounded presence. Together, these practices cultivate harmony between mind, body, and soul while gently restoring balance. This experience also invites a deeper relationship with the Earth—honoring reciprocity, reverence and connection with the natural world. Come as you are. Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
