Amid the busyness of the holiday season, gift yourself an hour and a half of deep rest. Each week we'll settle into cozy restorative poses and be guided through a Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra meditation designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and renew the spirit. Through gentle imagery, breath, and stillness, you'll release tension, reconnect with yourself, and remember that rest is not a luxury-it's essential nourishment. *No experience needed; all are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
