Service Description
Welcome to Kiddo Yoga – a fun, playful class designed for little ones ages 3 to 6!* Through games, obstacle courses, and bubble-filled adventures, kids will get the chance to stretch, move, and giggle while learning valuable tools for moving their bodies and calming their minds. We'll explore yoga poses in creative ways that make exercise fun, and if we're lucky, we'll end with a little relaxation too! Grown-ups are encouraged to join in on the fun and be part of the experience (space permitting). It’s all about exploration! * Ages are not set in stone, grown-ups use your judgement!

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
