Grief Support Sound Bath
Service Description
This is a compassionate and supportive community for anyone navigating the profound grief of loss this holiday season. This is a safe space for sharing experiences, fostering healing, and connecting with others who are carrying the weight of grief. There will be a candlelit sound bath and open time for sharing and holding space for each other. This group is free, but registration is required. Donations are appreciated, and all proceeds will go to the Berkshire Food Project.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
