Service Description

Enjoy a traditional Swedish Massage, in addition to a cupping session. Used in ancient Eastern medicine practices, cupping is used to lift connective tissue, increases blood flow and the amount of fluid entering and leaving the skin tissue. Cupping is used for a variety of healing, including but not limited to a reduction of inflammation, promotion of lymphatic drainage, chronic pain and arthritis, headaches, skin conditions and mood disorders.

Cancellation Policy

At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
