Explore different aspects of yourself through a joyful, hands-on Somatic Art Therapy experience. This offering gently blends creative expression with body awareness, inviting participants to use color, movement, texture, and intuitive art-making as tools for emotional release, self-reflection, and integration. No prior art experience is needed — this is not about creating something “perfect,” but about play, curiosity, and allowing the process itself to be healing. Through guided prompts and somatic practices, facilitated in a supportive, lighthearted environment where creativity becomes a bridge to deeper understanding and balance. This program is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional expression, personal growth, and a fun, embodied way to connect with themselves. Recommended for clients age 5 and up. *This program is free to current OH clients.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
