Join us for our new monthly Men's Circle. This gathering invites men from all walks of life to step away from the pressures of daily responsibilities and come together in community to explore the experiences, challenges, and transitions that shape who we are. Through the practice of holding space for one another, participants will have the opportunity to share openly, listen deeply, and gain insight from the collective wisdom of the group. Whether you come to process, witness, or simply be in the company of other like-minded men, your presence is valued. Come as you are and join us in creating a meaningful foundation for this emerging community of brotherhood. Facilitated by Simeon Bittman, Clinician.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
