Join Abby for Baby’s Breath — a warm, restorative yoga and connection space for parents and their little ones. Each pop-up class blends slow, mindful movement with supportive discussion about the everyday realities of early parenthood. Whether you’re a mom, dad, or caregiver, you’re invited to exhale, stretch, and connect in community. Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, crying babies, and older siblings are all welcome. You can attend a single session or drop into several — each class is designed to stand alone while nurturing a sense of continuity and community. No yoga experience needed — come as you are, and let this be your breath between seasons. Each gathering includes: *Gentle yoga to ease back, shoulder, and hip tension from feeding, lifting, and carrying. *Baby-inclusive play and options to move together or rest nearby. *Parent support circle exploring seasonal topics like rest, relationships, identity shifts, and self-care through the holidays. *Grounding rituals — a shared breath, soft meditation, or simple reflection for calm in winter’s slower rhythm. What to Bring: *A yoga mat, baby blanket, and any comforts for you and your child (snacks, water, favorite toy). Mats and props available to borrow.
