Tor’s approach to yoga is rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable strength. Her classes invite students to move with curiosity, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and empowering way. With training through Kripalu and a love of dance and expressive movement, Tor offers a fluid, mobility-focused practice that blends grounding breathwork, intentional sequencing, and functional strength.
Tor’s new class, Balanced Flow, is an all-levels flow designed to build strength, increase mobility, and connect movement with breath. With options offered throughout, this class is welcoming for beginners while still supportive and engaging for students with an established practice.
