Every 2nd Friday of the month, in partnership with Ascend Wellness MD, Dr. J will be on-site for personalized wellness consults, IV hydration, and select add-ons (e.g., NAD+). These sessions are ideal for recovery, immune support, focus, and overall vitalityātailored to your goals and coordinated with your existing care.
š„ Sauna Sundays are Back
Ease into your week with low-heat, longer-duration sessions designed for nervous-system regulation, deep recovery, and sleep support. Pair with breathwork, cold face immersion, or a gentle stretch sequence for best results.
Solo or shared sessions
Optional add-ons: red-light, guided breath tracks, essential oil, Salth Therapy & Chromotherapy options.
Why Fall Routines Matter
Structure is soothing. As daylight shortens, the body responds well to predictable rhythms:
Same-time sleep (and dim lights 60ā90 minutes before bed)
Bookend breath (three calming breaths on wake-up and before sleep)
Movement micro-doses (5ā10 minutes counts)
Sunday reset (Sauna + intention = steadier week)
