We hope you are staying dry and cool inside! While you enjoy a Sunday protecting yourself from the rain and humidity, we thought you might catch up on some OH updates in our newsletter! Here are the highlights:

• PSYCHIATRY REFERRALS: Dr. John Howland is accepting new patients, he has immediate openings; please inquire with your clinician or on our mental health inquiry form on our homepage.

• COOL DOWN & GET YOUR GLOW ON: Looking for a cooling and relaxing summer treat? Kat is running a glowing special, an OH blended citrus mint back facial followed by a massage; book under our services page today!

• ACTING OUT AT OH is a two-week camp-style group starting in mid-August; sign up with Rachel if you know an interested youth. The ages of participants should be about 12-15, but we can be flexible for the right participants!

Summer can be a time of uneasiness for lots of kids and families. The lack of routine, social engagements, and increased screen time can really bring on the summer blues. We hope you can take advantage of some of our services and get yourself the support you need this summer.
