Sound Bath

Service Description

Pairing with the elemental nature of the Moon Cycles, we will use guided meditation and Sound Bath to work with the natural ebb and flow of releasing and receiving to create an intentional grounding and deeply relaxing experience for the Body, Mind and Spirit. Thursday 6:30-8:00pm 3/21 Full Moon in Libra-Spring Equinox 4/25 Full Moon in Scorpio-Cleansing with Moon Water 5/23-Full Moon in Sagittarius-Releasing through the Sacred Fire 6/20-Full Moon in Capricorn-Summer Solstice Clearing

Cancellation Policy

At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
