When the journey of life finds us navigating challenges, repeating patterns or simply stuck in a rut with no clarity on how to move forward, Shamanic Journeying can help remove blocks, reclaim our lifeforce and shift perspective to establish a renewed sense of purpose. During an individual session Shannon will use a variety of techniques including Guided Visualization, Sound Healing, Breathwork and PEMF device (pulsed electromagnetic field) to recalibrate you into deeper alignment with your true Self.
Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
