Price is specified per person and single occupancy, additional cost per person, unit can hold 3-4 people comfortably. BENEFITS OF RED LIGHT: Red light therapy acts as a natural replacement for the sunlight that you are missing during winter, without getting harmful UV rays! Light stimulates the mitochondria in the body, boosting metabolism, increasing energy levels, and decreasing inflammation. other red light benefits include decreased tissue recovery time for athletes and healing wounds, building collagen, and increased circulation. BENEFITS OF INFRARED LIGHT: There are many benefits to Infrared Light therapy. Infrared sauna therapy is a supportive and effective intervention for S.A.D. that capitalizes on the body’s own naturally occurring mechanisms to provide profound, all-encompassing healing, including positive serotonin uptake, stabilized circadian rhythm with more accessible melatonin, higher levels of endorphins and dopamine release, improved cardiovascular function, as well as an opportunity for self-care. * If booking for more than 1 person price will be adjusted upon arrival and any additional people will be required to fill out a health waiver. $20 for each additional person. Sunday special is $20 and $10 for each additional person. Sauna fits 4 people max.

Cancellation Policy

At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
