Service Description
Start It Scared is a transformational coaching experience designed for people who know what they want to create but feel held back by fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty. Rather than trying to eliminate fear, this program teaches participants to honor its presence while building the courage to move forward anyway. In this free introductory session, we will engage in a blend of Shamanic Journeying, somatic bodywork, reflective coaching, and integrative ceremony. Together, these practices help transform fear from an obstacle into a source of momentum, allowing participants to move from stuckness into purposeful action.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
