Service Description
Bring the whole family for a gentle 2.1-mile adventure through the beautiful forests of North Adams as we make our way to Cascade Waterfall! Designed for all ages and experience levels, this guided hike invites families to slow down, explore, and experience the forest together. Along the way, we’ll engage our senses through simple nature-awareness activities, mindful moments, and opportunities to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and hidden wonders of the woods. We’ll practice easy breathwork and encourage curiosity, connection, and a little bit of forest magic as we follow the trail toward the falls. Our journey will culminate at the beautiful Cascade Waterfall, where we’ll have time to rest, explore, and enjoy the energy of the water before making our way back. No hiking experience is necessary—just comfortable shoes, water, curiosity, and a willingness to wander!

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
