Service Description
Slow down, reconnect, and anchor a sense of calm before the holiday season. This tranquil experience begins with gentle restorative yoga to release tension and invite ease into the body. Participants will then settle into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation accompanied by an immersive soundbath and Reiki, allowing the body and nervous system to deeply soften into relaxation. Surrounded by candlelight, soothing sound, and restorative energy, you'll be invited to simply rest, receive, and restore. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. Appropriate for all skill levels. * This class if free to all current OH clients

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
