Service Description
Come get an introduction to the world of Global Caravan Dance, a modern dance language inspired by various world cultures that celebrate dance as a community. This style is designed to be an improvisational group dance through a fun follow the leader technique. No experience is necessary to join this workshop, just the desire to gather with others, connect, and move our bodies without judgment. After we dance, we will venture outside (weather permitting) to welcome Spring with a Fire Ceremony. Dress comfortably.

Cancellation Policy
At Optimal Healing, we value our providers time, please help us in demonstrating the same care and give us notice if you can't make it to a scheduled appointment. Happy providers leads to quality service and best outcomes for our clients. We require you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or one business day prior to your appoinement. If you cancel your massage or coaching appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We appreciate your cooperation.
